The disappointing process started with a recall from John deer. I scheduled my appointment for the service technician to come to my house to fix the recall and was not given a choice of convenience for myself that was OK not great but I do understand everyone has to run their business as they see fit, so I took off of work for this appointment which costed me about $500 that day and as hard to believe as it is it was a no call no show form the service technician. Very knowledgeable staff with a great selection of tractors, mowers, implements parts and a large line of Stihl products. Daniel is great to work with. Very happy with our JD Z530 mower so far.
Got a good price on a new Stihl weed trimmer.
Sales and parts are great service just rubbed me the wrong way. I get it you got bigger stuff to worry about than a residential mower but it’s a 3 minute call. I called two days ago just to ask a simple question about doing some maintenance on my X570 and I was told they were in a meeting and they would call back and they didn’t. No big deal I get it gets busy but I call back again today and I’m told the are to busy and I can leave a message.
