Picked up a piece of equipment after being serviced at Meade . First thing that I noticed was a labor bill of $137 to install an $8 part. Guess that's the last trip I make there.

Just want to say Thanks, to the parts Dept. Just called and needed parts for my zero turn mower. I was afraid It was going to be negative because I was on hold for several minutes, (my only reason for the 4 not 5 stars), however when they answered and immediately asked my name and which machine I was needing parts for, they were spot on with all details and had everything in stock. Assured me they would do their best to get it ready and in the mail today. Very helpful in making sure I had not forgotten anything. Thanks! Jeff... read more
