I joined over a year ago and it was one of the best things I could have done for myself. Love the coaches, they are there to help and support you in your fitness journey whatever it may be. The people are friendly and and encouraging which makes a huge difference. Doesn't matter whether I scale or do the workout as written just showing up makes the difference. They are involved in the community and have a big heart! Great place to either start or try something different. Sign up for a free class and see where it leads you.
My husband and I love Meade Crossfit. The owners are unbelievably friendly and welcoming people. All the coaches encourage their athletes and have amazing coaching skills! This community holds a very special place in my heart. Would recommend this gym to anyone in town
