Well, it’s pretty bad that I have a electric with RECC for over 40 years and never has the bill been late it’s always been early and then we have a family member get put in the hospital and somehow the bank returned the check to our ACC because the signatures didn’t match or something so we got that straightened out but now RECC says that we got a pay a late fee plus there was a thing on the door for disconnect I mean they never say nothing about it being early but it won’t be early no more.
