Trelene is fantastic for counseling and I would have given 5 stars but… The receptionist literally has some of the worst people skills I’ve ever seen for someone doing that job. Never says hi to anyone coming in and just glares at people instead, is on her phone most of the time, acts annoyed if you need anything or ask a question, etc. I’m surprised they haven’t been able to find someone better to improve their customer service at the front desk, as it would drastically improve the experience for clients at the facility. I cannot imagine my life without Coleen. I’ve seen her for three years and she has changed my life! I’d be lost without her. Not only is she an amazing counselor, but an amazing person!
Lauren and Brittany are awesome counselors for all 3 of my kids. They are a blessing to help out!
