This review is long overdue, but as my husband and I sat outside and admired our lovely driveway and perfectly painted down pipes we remarked how the detail in our build has been very pleasing. Built during Covid, there were plenty of hurdles to jump, but Meadan jumped the hurdles and finished our house where we now happily reside. So far, the experience with Sam and Meadan has been nothing but flawless. We have a complex scenario and have now progressed to an initial build agreement. Everything is customised, including the advice. It is bespoke to your needs and Sam really listens to your scenario and how his business can make your life easier and make things happen. I rarely write reviews online but wanted to share my experience to date of working with Meadan Homes, in case it is helpful to someone who is looking for a custom home builder.
