Clear breach of contract. Paid for rooftop, no unit delivered or installed, no communications or responses to all correspondences- This is a fraud!
Quite a concern
Furnace issue diagnosed Monday. Piece to be received Tuesday. Installation put off twice with a guarantee installation would be Friday morning. Friday morning never showed. When contacted said never had the piece but strung us along for four days. Not even poor service…..REPREHENSIBLE!!! And we are sitting in the cold
I have heard that Paul does good work and is affordable. However, I scheduled a time to have him come service a fireplace and check a furnace that wasn't working and he called last minute to cancel twice and then didn't show up or get in touch at all the third time.
Furnace and AC service. Prompt friendly tech. However next day water all over Furnace room and under finished floor. Called to notify them. Then 2 more days in a row. No call back. After 4 days soaking up water we went looking for cause ourselves. The AC drain line was not hooked up. Days later still no response from them. Glad we went looking. High and dry .
