Furnace and AC service. Prompt friendly tech. However next day water all over Furnace room and under finished floor. Called to notify them. Then 2 more days in a row. No call back. After 4 days soaking up water we went looking for cause ourselves. The AC drain line was not hooked up. Days later still no response from them. Glad we went looking. High and dry .
My Furnace went out on me on a Friday night, called 4-5 HVAC companies in the area Saturday morning and only got voicemail. I called Mead Mechanical and Paul picked up and within hours had a tech on the way to my house. defiantly will be calling Mead for all my future HVAC needs!
Excellent customer service. They replaced our furnace when it broke last year and were easy to work with, were able to come out quickly, and were reasonably priced. We now use them for all our yearly maintenance. Highly recommend!
Our furnace stopped working suddenly. I had had Mead Mechanical do some install work for us previously on a fireplace and fire table, so I was familiar with their work already. Paul answered the phone immediately and dispatched one of his crew, Colin, who showed up to our house within 15 minutes (!) and got right to work. Colin explained what the issue was and fixed it quite promptly, then explained the bill to me and made sure I didn’t have any questions. He made some good recommendations and was on his way. We had a new fireplace fan installed. The employee arrived early and did a great job. We highly recommend this company!
