We are a Timber Frame Home manufacturer in business over 30 yrs. We had a timber order in (Supposed to take 4-6 weeks) during this time we sent a second order over. A few days later received an email saying the order you have here now, is the last order we can do for you. We asked if they could do one more order as we had a signed contract on it and it's a real problem for us to find another supplier so quickly.
