I almost hate to give them a 3 because they did an excellent job on the stone. The customer service left a little to the imagination. They are dealing with sensitive situations and one of the office people was less than helpful and slightly rude. They insisted we leave the cemetery check with them and said they would get it to the cemetery within 3 weeks. Two months later they mailed the check.
