I appreciate the peace of mind, knowing glitches in trip planning are worked out. Agents provided info on travel insurance for overseas top-end up needing it! Plenty of time booked for flight changes. And when the flight gets cancelled out of CR, agent assisted me to make my overseas connection! And, they are all lovely people.
