Dr performed a reversal 3 years ago it was supposedly successful according to their inhouse tests never verified outside of their facilities until recently and years of unsuccessful attempts which is my fault but we had pre approval from our insurance company to go back to him for a repeat surgery and when I arrive for my appointment the receptionist was extremely rude and told be they are now a self pay only clinic and no longer accept any form of insurance after the level of unprofessionalism I experienced I would not refe... read more
