Very positive staff and clean atmosphere, but how ever if you are waiting on test results or the doctor to call you have to keep calling or just go up there in do a walk in. Which is crazy if you have a doctor in mind and your work Schedule doesn’t match. You never know what doctor you will get, when they should have just gotten the doctor to call you to let you know if you should come in or not to see the same doctor you been seeing about your results. So, yea so go up there
Don't give a s--- I have 11 o'clock appointment Tell me that they can't see my son for 2 hours then I sit in here for 2 hours Tell me the difference
I sat in the waiting room with 2 other people for 45 minutes. When I finally was put in a room, I sat there for 1 hour. One young lady stuck her head in the door and asked if I had been stuck yet. I told her I had not even seen anyone. Another 30 minutes later and I left. I told the ladies at the desk that I had been in the office for over 2 hours. They said nothing. Not "I'm sorry or anything. I'll never go there again and will warn anyone and everyone about their "where you need us, when you need us" slogan failure.
Never answer the phone. I've been trying to make an appointment for a week but can't get anyone to answer. Yazoo City location. Need refills on meds but can't get them without seeing the Dr which I can't do because they won't answer the phone.
