Totally incompetent front office; First visit--Thursday 3hrs for an X-ray;follow up Mon 1.5 Hrs. The best is that I needed an MRI. Virtually begged to get that setup. Called back to nurse to setup Othopedic Dr appt-took week to setup after constantly calling; told several times by Ann that she would call me back; she never did, I had to call every time. If you're truly sick, don't waste your time going here. I went a few weeks ago due to having a high fever and flu like symptoms. I told the nurse at the front desk (who is always rude) that I had flu like symptoms. What did they do? Gave me a face mask and told me to have a seat. My husband and I waited almost 2 hours before they called me back. Once they called me back, the nurse came and took my vitals and then asked for my allergies. Thank you so much for having the wrong Business Hours posted! After getting my sick Daughter up the on a late Saturday evening, I found out you're CLOSED on Saturdays. UNLIKE, what you have posted on this site! We had to go to Clinton. Very upset!!!
