Hard to get a hold of. No website. Not sure if they’re in business.
We needed a foundation certification to complete a real estate transaction on a modular home. The home was installed in 2003 and everything including the foundation was permitted by Clark County. However, the Lender was requiring a foundation certificate by an Engineer. We call an Engineer (name and company to remain undisclosed) to certify the foundation and they came up with over $4,000 worth of work that supposedly needed to be completed to certify the foundation, even though it was build to code in 2003.
