This company made my mental health significantly worse. I've been waiting for nearly 6 months now for a support co-ordinator after my old one quit, and I've had no updates or anything beyond some random temp co-ordinator, who apparently also quit. So I have no idea what's even going on. These people basically drained my NDIS funding while doing absolutely nothing with it. It's disgusting. I desperately needed help and got nothing in return. useless company never answered my calls 0/10
This review is for the Ringwood branch. I’m a former support co-ordination client and the standard of service and treatment was woeful. My support co-ordinar never answered calls and was always constantly in meetings. My support co-ordinator and her manager failed to promptly report a NDIS registered provider to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and this is completely unacceptable. Poor support did not care. my addvice would be get some better to help you with your money from ndis
THE most honest, helpful, understanding and respectful admin interaction I've yet had with a disability service (and I've been a service user for over a decade).
