My fiance' and I had a massage here a little while ago and we were very unhappy about the services we received. We went in and were placed into a small waiting room and were offered hot chocolate or coffee. We accepted and right when they brought it to us, we knew we made a mistake coming here. The drinks were extremely watered down and it was disgusting. Next, they tell us to go into the room and get ready for our massage. Terrible customer service! DO NOT BOOK HERE !!!! Eric (an employee) is the rudest person I’ve spoken to in a long time. I booked an appointment and was charged for service I didn’t receive due to me cancelling. I tried to explain to Eric that this was not communicated to me and he was completely unprofessional and accused me of lying. There are many massage places with great customer service. Don’t even waste your time here.
It was amazing amd friendly staff!!! Cant wait ro go back!!!
