After having a number of very eventful hypnotherapy sessions I became much calmer and much more aware of my fears. I couldn’t avoid my triggers my anxiety was elevated and my impulse to react in a negative unhelpful way become too difficult .I couldn’t sort it out on my own. Kylie was fantastic , professional & caring and my anxiety in this situation has completely gone after just 4 sessions.
