They have lost my business forever. Fortunately for them, they are unethically keeping my $800 that they collected over COVID to self support their business. I was a monthly membership customer. I did not cancel during COVID because I was told my credit would roll over and would not expire. That was a lie. When I booked my appointment after they re-opened, I was told that I had 2 months to use 8 months worth of credits. I requested more time as I don't need or want to be at the spa every week. Best spa is Simi! I got a pedicure (which was beyond amazing) and chipped the nail polish that same day (totally my fault, I really don’t deserve nice things). I went back the next day and they fixed it without hesitation and they were so sweet about it. Highly recommend any of their spa services. Love it.

RecommendedHad the best pregnancy massage from Megan. She knew exactly where I needed work and was very professional and comforting. Pregnancy massages can be awkward sometimes, as the positioning is very different from a normal massage but I was totally relaxed the whole time. The whole staff is very nice and helpful as well. The spa itself is beautiful and relaxing. I never want to go anywhere else! Will definitely be getting another one before this baby comes! ☺️
