They have lost my business forever. Fortunately for them, they are unethically keeping my $800 that they collected over COVID to self support their business. I was a monthly membership customer. I did not cancel during COVID because I was told my credit would roll over and would not expire. That was a lie. When I booked my appointment after they re-opened, I was told that I had 2 months to use 8 months worth of credits. I requested more time as I don't need or want to be at the spa every week.
