Appointment was not honored and then rudely got yelled at by staff while obviously pregnant Disastrous customer service attitude !!
This has been my go to nail spot for years now. The staff is amazing and I have a good experience every time I come. Tumi is my normal tech but I have been to Rachel as well. Quality is great every time and worth every penny.
After several years I left this salon after a horrible experience with Rachel the owner. She's extremely rude, crass and disrespectful. I loved the lady who did my pedicures but Rachel needs to get some kind of help to address her moodiness and attitude(s). She’s unpredictable and you never know who’s going to greet you when you walk in the door. She makes the atmosphere uncomfortable and tense…this is not a relaxing place to receive luxury services.
