My neighbor hired him to install an irrigation system and install a patio, the system he installed leaked and caused her to have a water bill $4,000 over her normal bill, she complained that her patio was wavy as none of her furniture would sit right without teeter tottering, but he demanded payment up front and never returned any of her calls. Avoid at all cost.
Absolutely the worst quality work I have ever seen. Moises claims to focus on "quality work", but with only 3 years of experience he is basically conning unsuspecting customers into giving him money in my opinion. Don't waste your time and money, hire someone with real experience and credentials.
