If you want a gym thats more of a family, than a run of the mill gym, this is the place to be. Darren, Sue, Carly and the staff go out of their way whenever you are in need, they never leave a question answered. You feel welcome and comfortable whenever you're here. The classes are great, PT's are awesome and it's a pleasure to be here.

If you are looking for a personalised, family style Gym then ME is for you. I wanted a Gym that could make sure I was not going to injure myself and correct my techniques when using the equipment. I also wanted a program for me - they delivered The guys at ME are friendly, caring, easy parking, centrally located. I highly recommend them

My first experience at ME FITNESS will be well remembered and cherished… 10 or so years ago my mum would come to this gym often and I’d be in the kids play room, always had such a blast! Now I can proudly say, I am a me fitness member and come almost every day x It’s my happy place and a place so familiar, friendly and loved! Blessed to know many people from the gym who I’ve grown up with ❤️
