I've been a member of the Me First Fittness family for many years. I say "family" because that's the feeling you get when you're there. It's truly a safe place to achieve your health and fitness goals, with kindness and support no matter where you are on that road to health and strength. I’ve been coming to Me First Fitness for over five years and I genuinely love it. There’s a great variety of classes and the instructors are excellent, striving to help you reach your goals, whatever they may be. The community is very welcoming and supportive too. Highly recommend!
