Margo and his team did a wonderful job for us, taking our house from run-down to total renovation in record time. He beat his own estimated completion date, when we needed him to, without compromising quality of work. He stuck to the budget as well. What else could you want from a general contractor? I would hire him again and again and again.

Margo was beyond awesome. I had a water pipe leak from the main to my house. Needless to say it was a big repair and I had vacation renters in the house at the time. He was so on top of it and so thorough. So glad for the referral, I will call him in the future no questions asked!

Margo is the best . Reliable, high quality, and will finish on time or earlier than promised. The room shown below had a 30 year old broken down spa sunk into the floor. He removed it, put in a new floor, new door, new bathroom with shower (entry on left in photo), reinforced the deck and put new spa outdoors. Done quickly and reasonably priced.

Margerito has been my go to guy for the last 18 years. He and his crew of long term crew have done major construction, roofing, and painting on the three houses I have owned in that period. He has also worked on homes owned by family, friends and neighbors. Although he does mostly large projects he will make time to do small jobs for his customers.
