Horrible experience, wouldn’t take a bicycle to these people. Their service writer, I believe Trey was his name, very rude , raised his voice to me twice and was very confrontational about 8K worth of work being done. Didn’t do what I asked or contacted me when they refused to do it. Said they could start on it right away, came back a week later and it hadn’t been touched, made excuses, missed two deadlines when it should have been done. I have to give it up for M&E Collision Center. Not only did these guys do a great job painting & restoring my car bumper, they went out of their way to give me a Way More Than Fair Deal. The kind of deal that I have never experienced from any sort of auto repair shop or auto body shop, across 3 states. These are stand up guys, full of Integrity. I highly recommend M&E Collision, both for their excellent paint work as well as for being excellent people!
I brought my gmc Denali to this shop with 24K in damages after inspecting alot of parts on the estimate that were supposed to be replaced were not they used the old parts and lots of fasteners missing. The main reason besides that i am writing this review is the crappy paint job the performed on my 88K truck. Will attach photos
