I noticed ME auto on social media and that led me to taking my car in when I needed an oil change. Jonathan and his team were excellent, very knowledgeable and took pictures of anything they called out during the oil change.
A few months ago, I left a 4-star rating because of a weakness in their customer service. However, I bragged that "they stayed on top of my manufacturer's suggested annual checkups, which I appreciated and they tell me when they see any issues." I am updating that review. While I was impressed with their improved customer service, I now have experienced two occasions of illegal practices of "advising unnecessary services". This is perhaps the best auto repair I have ever been to. They have the best prices on oil changes that I have found in this area. They never ask to do unnecessary repairs or maintenance. I recommend ME to all my friends who need a mechanic. My only complaint is that it takes them up to an hour and a half to do an oil change. However, the wait time is well worth the low prices and trustworthy people.
