I have been bringing my vehicle here for the last 15 years. The relationship is built on trust. I am always greeted with a smile and their willingness to assist. They take time to listen, diagnose the problem and provide a solution. Their attention to detail and knowledge to fixing cars is a plus. It is very important that as new technicians are hired that they keep in mind the vehicles that they service is someone else’s transportation and the basic knowledge of a car should be followed.
Took my car to ME Automotive, Buda for an oil change. Everyone was so kind. Relaxed in the waiting room, and car was ready in 45 minutes. I was told that everything was in great condition. No upsell, just a reasonable cost.
Mostly good experiences, one bad. Let me start by saying that I really do like these folks, they are very friendly and have done good work, and quickly. I had one problem with a dishonest mechanic, however, that has completely torched their reputation with me. I brought my SUV in because I was getting a soft thudding at 75 MPH from the front driver side tire. Before my last rotation, it was coming from the rear.
