Such a wonderful and passionate team! The group programs are a great way to develop emotional literacy and regulation skills in a safe space, for kids and adults alike. I highly recommending visiting Effie and Matt at MEAAW.
Effie and Matt have created the most beautiful environment for children, young people and adults to learn about self regulation, calm state and overall wellness. The program learnings are something I will take with me for many years to come. Oh and did I mention there are little ducklings on the farm!?
