They called to schedule a telehealth appointment for an annual wellness check. I told them that I schedule my wellness check with my PCP. They INSISTED that I needed to schedule it with their NP via telehealth. Last year I did schedule this telehealth appointment, which IMHO was a TOTAL WASTE of my time. And of course, they billed my medicare insurance for that appointment. MDX is a SCAM company!
They call claiming they are my insurance company to solicit business- they are being investigated for this type of fraud.
I haven't been receiving calls from MDX many times recently based on my caller ID record. It rang twice and hang up. No message. No idea what the call is pertaining to... Don't know who should I or what should I ask for if I call back.
This company has the WORST customer service from any company I've had interactions with during my entire lifetime! They should be ashamed of themselves and shut down. I filed a claim for reimbursement of paramedics dispatched following a 911 call in October of 2024 and here it is July 2025 and I still have not received my reimbursement which was approved. Once a month I patiently send a followup email, and the response is always the same "I will escalate and hopefully you will receive sometime soon". Who can I report them to... read more
My appointment was scheduled and verified. The person assigned to provide my in home evaluation neither came nor called. When I called the offices an hour later I was told he could not come that day. No reason give3given.
