The first year everything went smoothly with filing 2023 taxes. In 2024, I sent all my receipts to her in February 2025 and she promised me the taxes were filed, but could not produce confirmation. Repeatedly I asked why the delays and finally in June she told me her partners EFIN was frozen and nothing got submitted to the IRS. I paid for services and nothing got filed for me or my mom’s estate. Promises to file taxes and it actually does not. I just found out that my 2017 taxes were not filed and my S-Corp was not formed (I paid for everything) and PayPal could not refund my tax preparation money paid because 180 days have passed. Please go to HR Block for professional services. DON'T trust this business.
