First this company are scammers for the warranty company. They came out your three times to fix my ac unit. Blame me for the malfunctioning than proceed to tell the warranty company water damage when no water touch my control board at no time. I called to dispute my issue and got in heated verbal back and forth with the manager this place sucks beware. Except Ian is a stand up guy

This is a preview 3 star rating as I will be using MDT through HSA. Thus this rating may be adjusted up or down. I’m in the process of reviewing HSA and their HVAC subcontractors. My heater flashed a 9H F02 status code. The house also was not getting to temp and the heater was shutting off. I see the reviews that this company has gotten and that was NOT my experience. Ian at MDT came out. He was AMAZING. He told me the following: Turns out that 1) my filters were dirty (my bad), 2) they were MERV 11 which restrict airflow (he recommended 5 to 8), 3) I was using TWO of them, and 4) I'm forgetting something, can't remember this one. I would turn a different way of they are on your list of options. Last week, we were told by another company there were two cracks in our Heat Exchange, AHS sent this company out, much to my chagrin. The guy who came was nice, but never even confirmed the issue. Took a picture of the model sticker, and told me that Carrier has a 99-year warranty on the part and to call them.
