I came here for the first time on my birthday for a facial and they had a cute little birthday gift bag ready for me. Everyone was professional and it definitely felt like I was getting a luxury service! My esthetician was so kind and I had an amazing experience. 10/10 recommend!
I went in for microneedling and ended up developing periorificial dermatitis (confirmed by a dermatologist). Despite being a long-time client, I reached out to MDSkin about this issue and never received a response. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Do not recommend!!

I came in yesterday for a hydrafacial. Great service and customer experience from the receptionist to my provider (Kim). The new space is stunning. The ringing endorsement was being compared to Ryan Reynolds the day after my appointment.
Had an amazing experience and relaxing hour getting a facial with Shandi! Professional and explained what she was doing and the results were out of this world. Clean and convenient location in Arcadia. Highly recommend.
