Their customer service is horrible nobody answer your calls, fedex misplaced my medicine and nobody wants to be responsible neither fedex or this company . Spoke to BEN several times and I lost my money this is a fraud company !!! I should report them for taking my money and doesn't even provide any solution to the situation.
I’m so upset with this company. I can’t get into my account at all. I have called and no one will call me back. You can’t even talk to a person I left a message and asked them to cancel my order. They sent the order anyway I didn’t even get to talk to a doctor about what I need . The medicine came with very little instruction. I emailed today to see if they will cancel it but I don’t have any faith in this company since they didn’t mission the first time. Horrible company.
