Had a very positive experience with MDS recently. We had a rental property that required urgent painting with minimal downtime between tenants and MDS delivered a quality service and turnaround for what ended up being a larger than expected interior/exterior paint job. Mauro was both courteous and professional throughout the job and always kept us informed of progress. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again.
Infuriating experience while quoting! Will not recommend the guy to even come close to painting...may be used car sales! Maruo had previously quoted $400 per day via sms, but when he came over today 27.08.18 and saw a big double story house, he must've decided that he can overcharge. He said it will take 3 days ( for a 2 days job max in my 25 yrs as a Renovator). Then he gave me a quote of $1900!!! 3×400=1200 should've been max 2×400=800 +gst 80. So he overcharged by 2.4 times!!!
