If I could put ZERO stars, that is the rating this salon (if you can even call it that) should get. First, this is not a salon, but a closet with a sink in it. I purchased a certificate from one of those deal websites, but when I called to redeem, they told me that they were not honoring them. Really?! That should have been the 1st clue.
