I had the unfortunate experience of a water leak in my condo and MDR Services was dispatched to deal with the water damage. As stressful as the situation was, Jody actually shifted it into a positive for me. He was very thorough and informative, which I appreciated as I had never been in this situation before and was completely reliant on his expertise to mitigate the damage. Cheyanne is fabulous at her job interacting with clients. She made me feel heard and she reacted quickly and efficiently. Jody came on the job and that's never an easy situation, where most people are already in a stressful situation. He's is very approachable and has a great sense of humour which i appreciated while dealing with this incident. He is quick to get the job started and remediated while staying composed. All in all my experience was A+ and would recommend them again and again!
