MDR did our 540 sq ft addition. A GORGEOUS JOB! MDR was sole builder who knew how to do build into hill and get roof right. MDR NOT the most expensive bidder. MDR works to written contract-BUYER must ensure contract says what is wanted; BUYER needs to get architect correctly to draw plan. MDR subcontractors all skilled with polite workers. One subcontractor billed more than agreed; MDR did not have me pay over-bill. MDR owner was polite, checked each day progress of work, and has a great sense of humor.
