Ashley, the manager fixed my phone within an hour. Was an issue with the wrong screen; however she ordered the right one for next week. Phone works fine in the meantime
Kudos to the store manager, Ashley! My dad had visited the store as he was having trouble with the charging port on his iPhone, and she was able to help him quickly to resolve the issue! She was so kind, helpful, and honest, and he was so grateful for her assistance when leaving. Be sure to see Ashley for any of your phone repairs and needs, she is so knowledgeable and truly cares!
Used their services last year for my water damaged phone. I needed it back quickly because I was in the middle of a family emergency and it was done fast! Today went in and had a problem with my charging port and they helped me get a small piece stuck in there at no charge .. very friendly. Highly recommend
Fixed and repairs same day perfict
