I am going through a difficult time with domestic violence and visited this clinic hoping to find a GP who would listen and refer me to a psychologist. My appointment was scheduled for 3:50 PM, but I waited for an hour before being seen. Unfortunately, Dr. Tam Pham did not allow me to explain my situation or hear me out. One of the rudest GP’s I’ve come across. Waited for one hour, even though I booked in on HotDoc app to then be told to go back to my other GP as he believes he cannot perform blood tests due to me having blood tests with an older GP which I still don’t understand, even though I just moved to this area, went to another GP just up the road and it was completely fine. Dr. Tam, has been my doctor for 18 and half years now. He is excellent at what he does, My four kids and my husband only see him, he is passionate about what he does and always follows up no matter what. Thank you, Doctor Tam, for your services and hopefully many more years to come.
