Dr Tam Pham is always professional and competent in providing health care. He has been looking after my family for years.
Very disappointing experience with Dr. Pham. I arrived on time for my appointment but had to wait over 30 minutes to be seen. I visited to ask for help with having my overseas COVID-19 vaccinations recorded and explained that my friends had successfully had this done through a GP. Instead of listening to my concerns or explaining the process, he refused to help me and simply told me to go back to the same GP in a dismissive manner. I am going through a difficult time with domestic violence and visited this clinic hoping to find a GP who would listen and refer me to a psychologist.
