Texted a picture to Jon of our situation and received an immediate response. He was on a job location in the next town over and he swung by to help us out of a jam, fixing the situation! Don’t know what I would have done without him! MDM is the best!
They gave me an estimate to do some work on my well. They did a good job fixing my well, but I was surprised when I received a bill for almost double what they quoted me. I asked if anything went wrong or they had to replace an unexpected part. They said that the added cost was labor which was not part of the initial estimate. Working with John of MDM water Services was great. He knows his industry and knows the area. We’re new to the area and never required a water test. With lead times being long and available time being difficult. He was able to get us in sooner then expected and setup our new system sooner than expected. Respecting todays home improvement environment, John exceeded expectations and was very straightforward with what was needed. Compared his test and pricing and he was on point and competitive!
