Michael and his team did an amazing job rerouting a bunch of furnace and plumbing pipes for a basement renovation our company is currently working on. I’m beyond impressed with the tidinesses of the pipe work and the attention to detail. Made our job a lot easier.
We got MDM Mechanical to upgrade our gas meter at our commercial plant to accommodate the additional BTU requirement as well as installing a 5PSI gas line to our new processing furnace. Their work was flawless and took care of everything from coordinating with Enbridge gas to activating gas to our new appliance. We plan to use MDM Mechanical moving forward when we replace our commercial boilers.

Had a tankless water heater and pool heater installed by MDM mechanical which required a long gas line to be installed to the heater. We ended up having an issue with the heater shortly after it was installed. Michael came out the next day to take a look and follow up with the manufacturer. Ended up that the heater was faulty and was replaced due to no fault of MDM. Michael continually followed up to make sure the issue had been resolved and we were happy.
