I seem to have over the top outstanding service everytime I go in! I felt genuinely seen, heard and taken care of. The owner is an amazing lady and her staff go all out to make it great! 5 stars all the way!

I was told by my co-worker about this store! It's amazing! She has fantastic sales and good quality clothes too. She's super friendly and the FB site let's you know when sales will happen. Highly reccomend you check this place!

Purchased an item from MDM in Orillia. When unpacked found the item was damaged. I called them about this and they told me to return it for a refund or to exchange it. I exchanged it and am completely satisfied. GREAT customer service. Lots of great deals to be had at MDM Thanks again
