The staff, are so pleasent to deal with.
This store has the worst costumer service. I have been going there for a long time and I was asking about an item and dealing with another cashier when another worker got involved and made snarky comments. If you are working as a cashier role, find the patience to deal with your costumers first and then return to your job. You have no right to be speaking to costumers that way, even if there is a misunderstanding, it’s your job to deal with it so either do your job properly or do not work at all.
I can not say enough good things about MDM liquidation in Orillia. I wish I knew they existed years ago! The staff are so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The savings on items you literally see in Costco are unreal. I 100% would recommend them, and will be a regular customer. Thank you!
