Mike is horrible person to do business with.... 982 n second st that property has electric issues and almost cost me my family. By catching on fire. He didn't care, he got upset with me because I wanted to move. And tried keeping my deposit by changing the locks. Do not rent or lease from MDM INVESTMENTS .
Michael McGhee still owes me for 3 property appraisals...for years!!! I begged, pleaded and threatened, and he just kept promising to pay..."I got you, Sandy", but he never did pay me. I'm retiring, Michael, I could still use that $1000. LOL I learned a lesson, though...always get paid up front!
