MDM FIT is a 24 hour self serve Fitness Studio that provides a private gym atmosphere with the same benefits of a commercial gym. We are open 24/7 using a keyless entry system. We are a fully secured facility. Although members are responsible to clean equipment, we have a dedicated staff to clean the whole facility every day. All sign ups are done online through the website. You will be assigned a temporary pin code and your key fob will be mailed to your address on file.

Really nice gym! Small size but has everything you need. I’ve been going for the past year and the only reason I’m stopping is because I’m moving to CT. Staff is super responsive and helpful. Would 100% rejoin if I ever move back to Westchester.
I love this gym, it has basically everything you need in a gym. small and private and as a girl I feel very safe and pleasant here.
Was a a ok gym, had the essentials but they refuse to pause my membership since I am going to college. They paused it last year but somehow can’t do it this year. Poor customer service and management of equipment.

The space is always clean, which is also a testament to the gym etiquette displayed by the members. The equipment is well maintained and they play great music that keeps you motivated. The free parking is a bonus.
