I recently worked with MDM for my wedding at the Walden in Chicago. MDM was great to work with. They were responsive and professional, and they did an excellent job in executing our vision with the lighting for our reception. I'd be happy to work with MDM again.
I cannot thank MDM enough for helping create the wedding of our dreams. Patti and her team did a fantastic job helping us create our vision and were extremely accommodating as we added a few items a month prior to our wedding. From the uplighting, to the twinkle light dance floor canopy we loved it all. They went above and beyond and I couldn’t recommend them enough!
We couldn't have picked a better lighting and design company for our Chicago wedding. MDM was a joy to work with from start to finish. They were super professional and asked exactly the right questions to help us put together a beautiful wedding venue. They were very clear about all of the services they provide, and gave us recommendations on what was likely needed specific to our venue. Loved them!
We used MDM for our DJ, lighting and photo booth services. Photobooth was great! I would overall say everything else was good. The only things that really disappointed me was our DJ said he would play a special request I had put on our song list (and that we had discussed twice in phone call meetings) for my mom and I and it was never played, so that was pretty upsetting. MDM did the lighting for my wedding at the Bridgeport Art Center Skyline Loft and absolutely killed it! The Skyline Loft is well-known for its incredible skylight and skyline view, but with so much natural light comes a lot of natural darkness after sunset. It was imperative that we hire a lighting company that could rise to the challenge of illuminating such a large space so we wouldn't need "house lights" that would definitely kill the vibe.
