I am proud to write this review. After experiencing a devastating flood in my basement and working between several vendors and my insurance company, I was frustrated, unhappy, and about to file for divorce from my husband. I just did not know what else to do, but I knew we were in need of help to navigate all that needed to be done. Referred to us by our neighbors, the MDL Restoration team worked with us from the very beginning of our roof leak and wind driven rain issue that damaged our master bathroom and bedroom, communicating closely with our insurance for their remediation and restoration. In my opinion, MDL Restoration Inc. is top in their industry. I contacted MDL and initially spoke with Eric. I provided Eric with the back ground for my inquiry. My mother filed a claim with her insurance company after discovering that there was a flood in her basement. After the insurance company did their inspection she was advised that the damage would not be covered under her policy for 2 reasons 1. She did not have flood coverage and 2.
