These guys are the absolute best! My house is constantly springing leaks and each time it does MDL comes and saves the day. The guys on the team are SO nice and friendly. It's a pleasure chatting with them and they're so professional. They come in, do an amazing job then clean and put everything back, to the point where you can't tell any work was done at all! I couldn't recommend these guys more, they are fantastic!
We used MDL for a recent restoration due to a washing machine leak that caused water damage to our carpeting, drywall, ceiling, etc. After the initial remediation from the leak, we started the rebuild process with another company our insurance recommendationed but when the process took months to get an approval, we opted to try MDL. Mark and the team at MDL were amazing. I had a leak in my daughter’s room. They came out, performed mitigation and worked with our insurance to get everything taken care of. We had an issue with insurance and they took care of it, so I didn’t have to stress. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks MDL.
