Our hot water tank flooded our finished basement ruining our floating floor and baseboard. Mark and team were great to work with! They communicated well, worked quickly, and did a great job installing our new floor and painting our walls. Very professional!

From mitigation to restoration they really check all the boxes: knowledgeable, efficient, flexible, quality workmanship, fair and transparent pricing. And when the floors came in with a defect, they really went to bat for me with the manufacturer. Highly recommend!

MDL Restoration, Inc. has been a wonderful experience even though water damage in the basement isn't! Mike initially checked out our damage following a very bad storm and sent his crew to us to evaluate the damage and what would need to be done. Mark followed through with his team of very talented workers in short order and within 3 weeks the project was remediated.
