Great experience all round. Estimator was out quickly to assess the fire damage to our garage and provided an estimate for the insurance claim. Communicated clearly about getting materials ordered and scheduling repairs. Showed up on time with experienced craftsmen who completed the job in a timely manner, very nice work (siding replacement) and thorough cleanup. They took the stress out of the whole process. We chose this company due to prior favorable reviews and we are not disappointed!

I had a great experience with MDL Restoration. They repaired the drywall in my living room and completed the painting, and the work was done very carefully and professionally. The team was very patient in communicating with me throughout the process, and the workers were very nice and respectful. Everything was done neatly and the results look great. I’m very satisfied with their work and would definitely recommend them.

No show, no called my appointment mold testing appointment. Requested payment before service also which I denied. They agreed to accept payment at time of arrival. Typically flakey contractor behavior.
