I came to MDL Partners during a career transition in 2017 when I moved from NYC to Boston. My coach, Ed, was fantastic at helping me organize and strategize my search for senior level marketing roles. I landed a large contracting job that turned into a 4.5 year job at a leading brand. MDL helped me negotiate the presentation and deal points to secure the work. I've come back to them as a resource over the years when I've had to pick up my search again. They are a great support system!
