THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL by any means. And will be investigated.
I worked as a property manager for 5 years and ive gotta say this is the worst management company ive ever had the displeasure of renting from. Due to a back injury, I am unable to shovel heavy snow from my driveway. I have had to shovel my driveway 3 times, and have fallen recently due to it being over 24 hours with 6 inches. I contacted them about the snow letting them know that I was barricaded and couldn't drive my car and was told I was on the schedule and they didnt know when it would be done. Don't bother with this company. Shady as hell. Hidden charges for "amenities" like Spectrum internet that tenants cannot opt out of. $55/mo, even without using it Exclusivity deal so tenants cannot find their own ISP. They claim it's common practice with Spectrum, which it probably is, but doesn't make it right. $500 fines for BBQ grills...HOAs have fewer rules.
