Don't bother with this company. Shady as hell. Hidden charges for "amenities" like Spectrum internet that tenants cannot opt out of. $55/mo, even without using it Exclusivity deal so tenants cannot find their own ISP. They claim it's common practice with Spectrum, which it probably is, but doesn't make it right. $500 fines for BBQ grills...HOAs have fewer rules. MDL Should stand for Mostly Done Lousy. I don't understand how a company can claim that they do remodels and property management and maintenance when every single repair that I've run across that you guys have done has been done incorrectly and a complete joke. If you want to see all the pictures I have them all, I've never seen a company actually caulk tiles back together and call that a good repair. Only about money and don’t care at all about their tenants. Absolute worst I’ve ever dealt with! Stay away!
