One of the worst purchases experience . I recommend everyone please avoid this store if possible. I bought king bed (costumed)and mattress . It delivered after 2 weeks of expected delivery date, only after constant phone call, follow up and physical visit in to store. And Delivered without proper fitting of bed’s storage. Contacted the store many times and only reply was will contact you soon, will be doing tomorrow. Tired of contacting them… no response.
Guys dont bother buying from them specially if they tell you that stock will be in few weeks cause thats all lies. I bought from them 7 months ago in June 2024 where they told me my bed side tables will come in 4 weeks and took all the amount but i didnt get any reply whatsoever from them, no follow up nothing. Every time i called them the staff was really rude and kept giving me dates. You wont believe i still havent got my bed side tables. I want my refund and want them to take the bed as well but now they stopped picking ... read more
