I’m highly satisfied with the services provided. Lloyd is very professional and knowledgeable. He gave me tips on keeping pests out and explained everything he was doing or about to do. I highly recommend them for pest control. Thanks to the very friendly and helpful staff at MDK!
I was satisfied with removal of the pests, which is why I gave them 2 stars. I was extremely dissatisfied with the way they fixed the problem. When I asked about the lack of professionalism I was told if I wanted it to be professional I should have called a contractor. Be careful, when doing business with a place that is aware of their lack of professionalism and does nothing to change it.
