Never hire this company and their trainers or nutritionists are a scam. We excitedly hired this company that we found online through the reviews. They came to our house and sold us personal training. They would come home for weekends early in the morning. One of the head trainers hosted one of our Seminars, and he had everyone out their seats! Love these guys!
