The worst receptionist service in Montreal area. Unprofessional, terrible attitude in person and on the phone. With and without family doctor. I highly suggest avoiding this clinic at all cost.
I have been calling so many times to take an appointment with my family doctor. I keep waiting on the line and then the phone hangs up. I have been trying multiple times a day too, like do they have a receptionist or not? Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.
The secretary was by far the worst I've ever encountered in my life. She was inconsiderate and had the audacity to give me a lesson when I missed my doctor phone call- I was have a medical emergency, but she didn't empathize. I didn't get her name , but definitively not friendly staff. I do not recommend this place.
Toujours le probleme avec les réceptionniste . Dure et raccroche en faisant semblant quil n'ya personne en ligne . Il faut écouter leurs appels téléphoniques de temps en temps
Cela fait deux semaines que j appelle pour avoir un rdv avec Ivan D. et j ai un message qui dit “vous êtes importants pour nous” et la ligne se coupe! Faut il que j aille sur place pour avoir un rdv???
